Shipping Overview 

Jonny Boy Cookies ships nationwide and to military addresses including APO, FPO, & DPOs. to ensure you can enjoy our flavorful, comforting cookies no matter where you are in the United States. Shipping services include Fedex 2-day and overnight.

Fulfillment & Shipping Times 

Orders placed before 12pm will be fulfilled and shipped the same day with 1-2 day shipping. Orders placed after 12pm will be fulfilled and shipped the next day. Orders are not fulfilled on Saturdays, Sundays, or during any holiday store closures. These closures will be outlined on the website when applicable. Please note that processing times may increase during peak holiday seasons. 

Orders shipped over 150 miles from Statesboro, GA are fulfilled Monday-Thursday with 2 day shipping through Fedex. Saturday deliveries are an option for orders placed before 12pm on Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm Thursday will be prepared fresh on Monday and ship the same day.

Orders shipped less than 150 miles from Statesboro, GA are fulfilled Monday-Friday and shipped overnight through Fedex. Saturday deliveries are an option for orders placed before 12pm on Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be prepared fresh on Monday and ship the same day.

Packaging 

Our cookies are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit. Each order is securely packed in a box with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your cookies arrive damaged in any way, please take pictures and contact us directly within 24 hours of your package arriving.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. We will address the problem and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
